One app for cooking plant-based.

Tofu is an iPhone app for people who eat plant-based, or want to: 300+ recipes from cookbook author Nikoleta Kováč, a Kitchen that cooks with what you already have, and a scanner that reads the label for you.

Recipes that get cooked before they ship.

Every recipe was cooked, tested and photographed by Nikoleta in her own kitchen. No AI-written steps, no recipes lifted off a blog. New ones arrive every week.

Each one carries nutrition per serving, allergy swaps and a protein boost, so you can change it without guessing what that does to the rest.

Cook what's already in your fridge.

Add what you have at home and Tofu puts the recipes that use the most of it on top. Each one shows how many of its ingredients you already have.

One step at a time, with timers.

Cook Mode shows a single step and the ingredients it uses. Start a timer from the step and it keeps running while you move on.

A shopping list sorted by aisle.

Add what you're missing in one tap. And when two recipes need seitan, Tofu adds it up into one line.

Beyond recipes.

Scan a product in the shop and Tofu reads the ingredients for you, says whether it's vegan, and answers questions about what's in it. It also keeps track of B12, vitamin D and anything else you take.
