How to make it

  1. Place the soy chunks into a pot and cover them with vegetable stock. Add soy sauce, smoked paprika, dried garlic, and dried onion. Mix everything well and let the soy chunks rehydrate in the stock for about 10–15 minutes, until they soften and absorb the flavors. After rehydration, drain them thoroughly and remove any excess liquid.
